Awesome day perch fishing north east of the Vermilion break wall with a total of 50 lbs of perch or 2.8 per lb. really a great day. I attended the weigh in for the Walleye Central Bragging Rights Tournament on Saturday after watching the Buckeyes almost lose their first game of the year. Listed below are the tournament results as listed in OGF sounded like a real rough day with the winning weight of 32.12 lbs. Most fishermen are reporting the late evening bite produces more fish but totals continue to run 10 fish or less. Keep checking my website for notice when the large walleyes schools return to our area.
