SOUTH OF RATTLESNAKE 22 FEET OF WATER 5/11

Left the dock at 8:00 am and pulled a two man limit by 10:00 am. Ran a south to north line a mile south of Rattlesnake and pulled 12 walleyes all on spoons, most of the fish were caught on a  Pooh Bear Chartreuse Scorpion spoon. The best speed was 1.5 to 1.6 knots on leads of 45 to 50 feet back on 40 blood red Tru-Trips. The largest fish was 29 inches. I guess we will have to see what happens to the lake with the wind predicted for Sunday, waves 5 to 8 in the morning. May not be too bad. Start looking for those walleyes to show up in the Huron area and north to the Canadian line and west to the Vermilion weather buoy. See you on the water!
